「Staff were friendly and very willing to accommodate my needs. Let me book through Expedia after arriving on site to get a better rate and extended checkout for an hour. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff were very easy to understand and spoke without a major accent.」

「It was an ok stay for just an overnight after a flight. Staff was nice and polite. Airport shuttle service was good. But the facility needs updated and maintained. Put on the 5th floor- no big deal, until the elevator broke and I had to haul luggage downstairs the next morning. And the stairwell had trash in it like someone was living/hanging out there. Kind of scary as a single woman. And j just saw the biggest cockroach in my life. The whole facility also smells really musty, like it recently...

「Clean and comfortable」

「The room smelled strongly of mildew and humidity as soon as we walked in. The floors were dirty and very slippery, which felt unsafe. The beds also appeared unclean there were hairs on the sheets, making it seem like the bedding had not been properly changed or washed between guests. The bathroom was also dirty and not well maintained. Overall, it was very noticeable that the room was not properly cleaned after the previous customer checked out.」

「The main parts of the hotel are clean. The restaurant serves good food. My room was really nice. As far as the room goes, I rate it with some 4 and 5* hotels I've stayed in. Pleasantly surprised. 」

「The young lady that checked me in was very nice. The room was clean and though they mentioned that due to the length of my stay, 2 nights, that housekeeoping would not be cleaning my room, they did anyway. The gym was nice and quiet, nobody else was there. The pool leaves something to be desired. Really small and only sparated from the parking by steel picket fence. Otherwise, I will stay here again, at least until the construction finishes on my project.」

「It looked new. The staff was courteous and helpful. Room was spacious and nicely furnished. One thing that always tells me a lot is how well the shower and sink drains. Do they backup and you end up standing soapy water. These DID NOT and is always a positive reflection on how well everything is. The TV was easy and simple to operate. Too often I’ve found at other places I’ve stayed you need a programmers degree to make them work. My only suggestion would be the fitness are while the equipment...

「Before arriving I called the hotel to let them know we will be coming in later and they completely understood. Upon arriving we noticing the hotels well maintained environment even though the hotel is located at the South but it was very well taken care of. Breakfast was so yummy and would always be refilled.」
