「Surendra is the proprietor, and very helpful consistently!! His staff is similar. The room was clean and comfortable. There is no elevator (I didn’t have an issue), so plan ahead」

「The hotel is situated at a quiet alley. There is a security guard outside the alley so we felt safe even at night. Staff is friendly and helpful. But we have to complain about the airport pick up service. We reserved the airport pick up service at night. When the hotel driver picked us up, there was another guy helping us to move one of our suitcases to the car. We thought both this guy and the driver were from the hotel. After we loaded our suitcases to the car, the non driver guy requested...

Clean room and attentive staff and reception even during off peak season. New hotel. Different areas of the room were at different level with an inch step.... no issue once you get used to it.」
