Breathtaking

This is just one of the most beautiful and comfortable hotels I've stayed in. The surroundings are just breathtaking!!! The front desk personnel, specially Natalia were amazing, kind, helpful and tremendously accommodating to the needs of my elderly mom. Might not be comfortable for people with limited mobility.

A peaceful and beautiful scenery

The villas are in the midst of the vinery, which is a spectacular experience. The staff is friendly and answers your requests quickly. The hotel is new and can improve some small details (i.e: there was no support for products in the shower) and the food menu can be more diverse. Other than that, I was very happy with the stay.

Donā€™t be intimidated by the road leading to the hotel, is a very short drive. Once you get to the lobby/restaurant, everything is very elegant. The Villas are beautiful, very modern and well decorated. The restaurant is AMAZING. The views are incomparable, the food tastes delicious and the wine selection is great. The ā€œasadoā€ in the terrace, with live guitar music was out of this world. The staff is very attentive. Rodrigo made our stay perfect with attention to every single detail. All the staff treated us so well, thanks to them we had a great relaxing stay. The Villas are located very close to world class vineyards. Very centric to places to visit and recreational activities.

I had a great weekend here! The room was in the middle of the vineyards with a beautiful view on the Andes, Iā€™ve never seen anything like it! I was assigned a concierge (Federico) when I checked in. He took care of showing me the property, setting me up at the pool and finding transportation for my winery visits. The service felt very personalized and friendly. I was also assisted by Rodrigo who helped me with transportation to wineries and the airport (he negotiated a great price for me). He also helped with an issue with the credit card payment (the hotel mistakenly charged almost 3x the price I had booked on Expedia). He was very empathetic towards the situation and made sure the issue was solved quickly. He also showed me around the property and found me some mate! Iā€™m super grateful for his help and my stay wouldnā€™t have been the same without him. Unfortunately, the pool was very far from the main buildings and the rooms. The estate is beautiful but is also very big, which makes it hard to access. It was complicated to get transportation from the hotel because itā€™s remote and thereā€™s no taxis nearby. Thereā€™s also no indication from the main road, so unless youā€™ve been before, thereā€™s no way to know where to go. Additionally, the staff should share a price list for all the meals and the drinks before suggesting a bunch of things... I wasnā€™t showed any menu or price at any point during my stay and had a salty bill at the end.

Do mais, nĆ£o hĆ” nenhum atendimento durante a tarde, ninguĆ©m na recepĆ§Ć£o ou restaurante, tudo fica abandonado, Santiago (que lhe entregou as chaves) nĆ£o responde suas msg via WhatsApp, nĆ£o se consegue nem um balde de gelo para levar algo para a piscina, prepare-se para carregar sua mala pesada nas costas atĆ© seu quarto (ninguĆ©m farĆ” por vc.) por uns 100 metros (chĆ£o de pedregulhos), pensou em usar as bikes na propriedade ? (esqueƧa, os pneus estĆ£o murchos !!), conclusĆ£o: lindo mas serviƧo terrĆ­vel, nunca mais voltarei.

Quando vimos as fotos do local, logo quisemos nos hospedar lĆ”. Ao olhar as avaliaƧƵes e comentĆ”rios, principalmente os mais antigos, tivemos alguns receios pois parte dos comentĆ”rios falava coisas que, felizmente, achamos totalmente discordantes com a realidade. Os quartos sĆ£o extremamente espaƧosos, o banheiro possui o maior box de chuveiro que jĆ” vi. A cama e a roupa de cama sĆ£o de qualidade. HĆ” roupƵes e todos os equipamentos para que haja uma estadia bastante confortĆ”vel. O serviƧo a atenĆ§Ć£o de todos os funcionĆ”rios, sem exceĆ§Ć£o, foi excelente. Eles saĆ­ram do tradicional e atenderam todos os nossos pedidos, mesmo quando solicitamos coisas especĆ­ficas como uma noite de pizza e uma parrilla argentina. AlĆ©m disso, pudemos utilizar o ofurĆ“ do hotel quando quisemos. O cafĆ© da manhĆ£, novamente ao contrĆ”rio de alguns comentĆ”rios, consta com uma variedade de opƧƵes capaz de agradar a todos. Ɖ verdade que nĆ£o hĆ” grandes diferenƧas de um dia para o outro, mas a base dele jĆ” Ć© suficiente para atender muito bem, com variedade e bastante qualidade. De fato, a piscina do hotel ainda nĆ£o estĆ” pronta, e isto deveria ficar claro nas informaƧƵes da pĆ”gina. Como era inverno, nĆ£o nos fez diferenƧa, mas pode causar desĆ¢nimo em alguns em Ć©pocas mais quentes. Toda a estrutura Ć© de muito bom gosto! Acertaram em muitos pontos e erraram em outros

Se vocĆŖ for pagar o valor da sua hospedagem no momento do checkin, confirme antes da sua chegada via Whats App quanto vocĆŖ deverĆ” separar de dinheiro. No momento do nosso check-in, quiseram nos cobrar quase o dobro pelo ā€œcambio turismoā€. Com relaĆ§Ć£o ao quarto Ć© que as tomadas sĆ£o todas do padrĆ£o argentino e alĆ©m disso, elas estĆ£o colocadas de forma que os nossos adaptadores nĆ£o funcionam corretamente, pois o padrĆ£o argentino Ć© frĆ”gil e nĆ£o consegue segurar os equipamentos na tomada. . No anĆŗncio o hotel coloca algumas fotos da piscina, mas na prĆ”tica nĆ£o Ć© bem assim. A piscina sim Ć© maravilhosa, porĆ©m nĆ£o estĆ” pronta para o uso. NĆ£o hĆ” nem placas mostrando o caminho e ao chegar nela com a ajuda de um funcionĆ”rio, fomos surpreendidos por uma piscina imunda, o entorno dela estĆ” totalmente inacabado O contraponto Ć© que hĆ” uma Jacuzzi muito bonita e muito bem localizada. Nos ofereceram toalhas e balde com gelo para tomarmos os nossos vinhos. O hotel fica localizado a cerca de 50 minutos de Mendoza, portanto nĆ£o hĆ” nada perto para fazer uma refeiĆ§Ć£o, ou seja, vocĆŖ precisa se alimentar no hotel. Por incrĆ­vel que pareƧa, vocĆŖ receberĆ” duas fatias de pĆ£o tostado, um prato bonito com alguns 04 ou 05 tipos de frutas e um potinho mĆ­nimo de requeijĆ£o. NĆ£o hĆ” um croasaint, nĆ£o hĆ” fatias de queijo e presunto. apenas trĆŖs opƧƵes de jantar em um menu de trĆŖs passos, nada alĆ©m disso.VocĆŖ tem apenas a opĆ§Ć£o do menu (100 DĆ³lares) ou uma taboa de frios (60 dĆ³lares). Muito caro.

InstalaƧƵes excelentes! Mas serviƧo confuso.

InstalaƧƵes muito boas. Ainda faltam acabamentos, mas os quartos e demais Ć”reas do hotel sĆ£o lindos e luxuosos. O problema Ć© a organizaĆ§Ć£o dos serviƧos. Embora os funcionĆ”rios sejam muito simpaticos (o que aliviou as dificuldades), as coisas nĆ£o funcionam. JĆ” na chegada, tivemos que caminhar carregando as malas no meio de vinhedos, apesar de haver um caminho pavimentado que poderĆ­amos ter usado. No cafĆ© da manhĆ£ hĆ” poucas opƧoes (mas gostosas!). No primeiro dia o serviƧo do cafĆ© demorou quase uma hora. Houve um dia com programaĆ§Ć£o para manutenĆ§Ć£o elĆ©trica e nĆ£o avisaram aos hĆ³spedes. Faltou luz (o que acarreta imediata falta de Ć”gua) durante quase um dia inteiro. Houve hĆ³spede pego de surpresa no meio do banho. Ficamos sem wifi pelo dia todo. Fizemos reservas de jantares avisando que eu nĆ£o comia carne e em nenhum dia havia uma opĆ§Ć£o para mim no mesmo tempo das demais refeiƧƵes. Pontos altos: mĆŗsica ao vivo com lareira ao ar livre e integraĆ§Ć£o que a equipe faz entre os hĆ³spedes.

FantƔstico.

A hospedagem na VILLAS DEL MALBEC foi incrĆ­vel, para comeƧar o local Ć© incrĆ­vel, fica localizada em uma fazenda de 400 ha que produz uvas malbec. Os quartos sĆ£o amplos e muito confortĆ”veis, ideal para grupos de amigos e famĆ­lia. Afastado da cidade de Mendoza , porĆ©m geograficamente prĆ³ximo a Lujan de Cuyo e de Tupungato ( Valle de Uco ), prĆ³ximo de grandes vinĆ­colas . Agradecimento especial ao Marcos ( dono do espaƧo) que faz questĆ£o de receber os seus hĆ³pedes , ao Lucio , que alĆ©m de tudo debulha um violĆ£o e canta muito . O espaƧo para quem gosta de um bom vinho e cheiro do campo Ć© perfeito.
