Nice Hotel in Peaceful Garden

Eesha Residence is a great option for visitors to Udupi. The best thing about this place is the customer service. Mr Vishnu Bhat went out of his way to recommend good restaurants, which places to visit and was super helpful with booking motor rickshaws as the hotel is a bit outside the city center. Having said that, it’s at in a beautiful garden and it’s peaceful. It you have your own car, this place is perfect. Or you can rent a scooter during your stay, which the hotel can also help recommend. Our room was spacious, with a large bed, TV, AC, fan, and a balcony. Overall it was clean, but the bathroom had seen better days and needed a scrub. We are very thankful to Mr Bhat and the other staff for making our stay so pleasant and memorable.

I liked the property. The receptionist was a bit confused. He initially provided us a wrong room even though we tried to explain him. Later he came suddenly and asked us to vacate the room since he had to allot the same to other guests. It was a bit disappointing.

Hotel longe de todo fica na estra inter estadual. Dificil acesso para cidade e/ou as praias. Maioria dos motoristas de Tuk-Tuk nem conhecem como chegar. Precisa ligar na recepção para receber orientações e nem sempre a recepção atende ligações ou responde mensagens. Quartos razoavel. Mas o pessoal da recepção desliga ar condicionado do lado de fora em caso os hospedados fiquem no quarto depois das 07:30/08:00 horas. Também, não fazem limpeza dos quartos todos os dias. Precisa pedir que seja feito. Tem mosquitos. Região barulhento devido a pousada ficar na beira da estrada mesmo. Atraves do Hoteis.com tem horario de check-in e check-out abtes do meio dia. Mas se for fazer reserva direto, eles oferecem tarifa por 24 horas de estadia. Falta profissionalismo na administração.
