A very nice hotel with everyting you could ask for

Nice, clean hotel with an excellent included breakfast. I have now stayed in this hotel 2 times and I would like to stay here again in Udon Thani.

I stayed for 2 nights and though this property is a bit aged, it is well kept and cleaned. I requested a room with a HDTV that was not mounted on the wall so I could relocate to sit nearer, they obliged my room swap. Most of the front desk were friendly and helpful, the concierge were very agreeable and helpful with luggage. The Bfast offerings were awesome and top quality, eggs cooker on demand and high quality fried rice, fruits, so many choices! I would just live here perpetually if I could get a better price.

Great value hotel close to main area

An nice place which was excellent value for the price. Only a 5-10 min walk from the main area. Room and pool are were very good, but the pool is close to a busy road, so a bit noisy but this did not really bother us. included breakfast was very nice

Old building but nice location and service

The hotel is in a good location to walk to the center area. The roo was OK but the hotel looks a bit old. Have a disco, a coffee and a bar, quite convenient if you don't want to move around too much. Nothing bad to say. I would book again.

Quality feeling

First room had ants and cleaning did a few half-hearted attempts to remove the infestation to no avail, but after that we were quickly moved to another room. Nice pool, good restaurant with room service, nice big elevators, nice staff. Room a little smaller than expected looking at the pictures, but comfy. Close to shop, take taxi or tuktuk 5 minutes.

Breakfast was good . Showers were always cold . Had flooding In bathroom as there was obviously a blockage in drain in shower base and after telling management they eventually just removed the grate in shower base drain and said that would eliminate prom blem but working for a plumbing supply for many years I knew that wasn't the fix for problem. And bathroom continued to flood when we had a shower. So eventually we had to change rooms.

Clean room, great staff. The hotel is very old and tired looking but I had a nice stay. I didn’t swim in the pool but my observation was that it was very small compared to the size of the hotel. I did note that almost all public areas in the hotel needed vacuuming and cleaning. Breakfast was ok .. pretty much what you get in most budget places

The Staff and employees were very friendly and courteous. Room was very clean. Very nice and quiet. Staff assisted me in obtaining a car rental when all other agencies were fully booked. I will stay here again.

Very old hotel, aircon leaking and shut down on its own every night. Complained and nothing was done. Bed was uncomfortable and very hard. Breakfast selections wwas inadequate and same everyday we were there. Staff in the restaurant were not polite and do not look interested in their job. Will not stay in this hotel again.
