Overall we had a pleasant one night stay at Horsted Place Hotel. Just a couple of little niggles which were a little annoying.
The pillows are terrible - like sleeping on rocks - very uncomfortable.
The radiators in our bedroom and bathroom didn't work, and as the mornings and evenings are rather chilly at the moment, that wasn't good - very cold in the bathroom.
Tea making facilities aren't provided in the room, but they will provide a tray including kettle if you ask. This seems a bit mad - why not just provide it in the first place and then you can decide if you want to use it.
It is a lovely hotel in beautiful grounds, but for the price you are paying, I think that these small improvements could be made.
