Beautiful villa in amazing setting. Pool is large and very inviting! Grounds are lovely and very tranquil and relaxing. Staff always on site and made delicious breakfast you choose the night before. Butler organised masseuse to come to Villa and had a wonderful massage. We only stayed for two nights and didn’t want to leave! We would definitely love to come back when we visit Bali in the future. Iowa (Aowa) (sorry for spelling!) the lovely lady butler was amazing! Only problems was the address in Expedia is incorrect and took ages to find in Ubud late at night. Please update address!

The living room was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room to relax. While some of the furniture showed its age and could benefit from updating, it was still functional and added to the Villa charm

We had wonderful stay at this beautiful 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath villa in Ubud. The private swimming pool was fantastic, the Villa was spacious, clean and very comfortable for our family. The breakfast served each morning was absolutely delicious and one of the highlights of our stay. Special thank you to the staffs Ayu, Manik, Kadek, Dewa and Pradinata, they were incredibly friendly, helpful, attentive and always polite. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. We highly recommend this Villa to anyone visiting Ubud and would gladly stay here again. Dewi and Ric

Lovely lovely staff, huge rooms, comfy beds, close to a fabulous restaurant we went to for daily breakfast and dinner (Mulali) a short walk away. Beautiful pool area and garden. Only one drawback: Range hood needs cleaning.

Amazing villa and perfect location

Absolutely fantastic villa, with an amazing pool and garden. Ayu and the rest of the team made sure we had a pleasant stay. Located in a quiet area of Ubud, only 20 minutes drive to rice terraces. Restaurants in walking distance. Do not miss Melali, it had a delicious menu and the kindest staff ever. We went for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The spa next door is also fantastic.

Beautiful spacious home; amazing and helpful staff (thank you Ayu!); clean and comfortable rooms and bedding, My only issue was the location was NOT what was listed on Expedia. It states it is a 9 minute WALK to the Ubud Palace which is entirely inaccurate. The home is a 20 minute DRIVE north of the palace and there is no walking to the city center. Guests be warned! I was furious with the host and Expedia for this false advertising as we booked the villa due to its walking convenience and that was entirely not possible. The host was difficult to get a hold of to handle the situation and hung up on me 3 times. I could only ever reach the host by using the on-site employee’s personal cell phone which is completely unacceptable management. Ayu handled the situation by arranging for a shuttle into the city center when we wanted to go. No thanks to the management company. Overall I would stay here again if I wanted a quiet beautiful clean villa with a large pool, back yard, living spaces and kitchen. I would not stay here if I wanted to be near the city center.

The property was stunning. We wished we had booked for longer. Amazing restaurant next door. Staff were also very helpful and took us to get some groceries. Super comfy beds, beautiful pool. Couches need a wash. The directions on Expedia were inaccurate and had us driving in circles. Google maps helped us find our way.

Villa was beautiful , spacious and quiet. Love the rooms clean and cosy. Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast menu could be more varied for longer stay guests. We had a bbq on the last night and staff was able to help us prepare and cook, we just had to sit back and relax. Staff kitchen condition could be improved , perhaps a small scale renovation , to keep up with the rest of the beautiful villa, otherwise the villa was exceptionally pleasant and I would certainly stay again.

Villaen fremstår meget slidt

Villaen er stor og rummelig, men fremstår meget slidt. Store værelser og badeværelser. Dog er møblerne i opholdsrum decideret ulækre beskidte med store pletter. Køkkenet er meget slidt og der findes ikke redskaber til madlavning, ikke engang en skarp kniv. Alle skabslåger og skuffer i køkken og badeværelser trænger til at blive skiftet grundet slidtage. Der er langt til Ubud centrum, ca. 3,5 km. Der ligge dog et par udemærket restauranter ikke langt fra villaen.
