Very nice! I would stay here again if/when I return to Ubud. Location is gorgeous and not too close to downtown, so it's relaxing and quiet. It's easy to get a cheap Grab bike or car to go anywhere. There are at least 3 pools and they're beautiful; I swam in them multiple times and it was so nice and refreshing (: The staff is so, so, so amazing, kind, and helpful! They were really accommodating. I got really sick (not from the hotel, just some super bad flu I picked up along my solo travels) and they called a doctor to my room, made me two different types of Indonesian porridge (I don't think that's even on their menu), allowed me to extend my stay the day I was supposed to check out without making me change rooms, let me check out late, and held my suitcase for me after I checked out so I could go shopping before I left Ubud. They had an adapter that I was allowed to borrow to charge my electronics (I forgot to buy one beforehand). Breakfast is good--lots of options! Facilities and rooms really need to be looked after more (pools need to be cleaned more often, shower by pool needs to be cleaned, many appliances in rooms need to be replaced/repaired, rooms need hot water for showers and baths, rooms do not have mosquito nets around beds, I couldn't get the TV to work but that might be on me and not the hotel, cobwebs are under every single bed/bench/etc, leaky toilet, needs handsoap in bathrooms). Good value, I loved it here! Nice AC (:

AMAZING
One of the best hotels weve stayed at and so affordable. The pool only had a couple people if any and they were all adults so everyone could relax. The suites are so nice and spacious and it was nice to watch netflix on the TV. Restaurant had great breakfast, dinner is quiet and most people get food offsite but staff was nice to bring dinner by the lower pool to us even when it started storming! So kind of them. We were told they had lunch too but when we came for lunch they told us they were closed so we had to scramble to find food. Luckily there are a couple restaurants acorss the street and it is about a ten min grab or scooter ride to downtown. There is so much traffic downtown it was nice to be on a quiet street. Across the street was a 7-11 as well, but atms are about a ten min walk for the closest ones so plan ahead.Overall great stay and book early for best deals! We thought about extending stay but price was $20 higher than when we booked, such a good find but too much on our backpacker budget

Great value for money for families. Clean, very friendly staff, beautiful surroundings. A little out from town but not a huge inconvenience to get into town by taxi or by bike/scooter. We booked a Family Room (Lumbung) online - 2 Adults & 2 Children & were put in a more traditional Balinese style double story room (thatched roof). Whilst it added to the Balinese & Ubud experience it wasn't quite safe for our younger kids with steep stairs & sunken floors. After a couple near falls, we asked if we could change our room the next morning & the staff were very accomodating & moved us to a more modern family room which was great. Suggest to request this ahead if booking for a family. Buildings & pools need a little maintenance but given they are just recovering from COVID shut-downs & getting back on their feet, it's not terrible by any means. Restaurant is not amazing & was very quiet, but again, so many other places to explore in Ubud so not a huge deal. Overall we loved our stay. Very friendly staff (especially Citri who really went out of her way to help us! Matur suksma!) the gardens, swimming pools & location are beautiful - even with the rain. Great value for money. With some time & money spent on facilities (& perhaps a shuttle service into town) this could go from good/great to amazing!!

景色やプールは最高でした。ただ、プールサイドに日陰になる場所が少なくあまりの暑さにすぐ様撤退…昼間は庭の手入れのために草刈機のエンジン音がうるさくのんびりプールにいる、という雰囲気ではなかった。 部屋のベットは大きく寝やすかったし 掃除も毎日丁寧にしていただきました。 レストランで飲んだスムージーがとても美味しかった。ピザも最高。ホテルのレストランなので地元のお店と比べれば高い方ではあると思うが他のホテルのレストランと比べれば安い方でした。モーニングでは感じられないクオリティを夜のレストランでは感じた。 モーニングはビュッフェ形式で私たちは卵料理を何度もおかわりしました。 パンケーキは叩きまくって焼いていたせいか 材料を間違えてるのか、硬すぎでした。 日本のパンケーキ屋さんと比べても悪いけど… スタッフの皆さんはとても丁寧で明るく親切で気持ちが良かったです。 大きすぎないホテルの良さを感じることができました。

Excelente hotel
Bonito hotel entre naturaleza, buen desayuno y buena comida en su restaurante, a 20 minutos andando al centro de Ubud, tiene un buen servicio de furgoneta a horario fijo de traslado y regreso de Ubud:. Ojo con la fina de cambio situada a 5 minutos en la misma calle dirección Ubud, nosotros cambiamos 2 veces la primera un chico joven todo perfecto, la segunda un abuelete con pinta de bonachón, que intentó engañarnos al darnos el cambio de moneda de los billetes pequeños ojo si podéis cambiar en el centro sobre todo en oficinas de BMC o KUTA exchange. El hotel es un buen punto de partida para las excursiones por Bali, nosotros teníamos un buen guía en español de Buena Bali tours (Sugi) que nos enseñó los mejores lugares de Bali y saliendo cada día a las 8:30,.Las piscinas una maravilla ,el hotel te deja toallas.

Disappointing
Unfortunately this was easily the worst hotel we stayed at whilst in Bali and surprisingly the most expensive. The only thing the hotel has going for it is the views, the views are lovely but many places in ubud have fantastic views. The hotel is very run down it needs a lot of work doing to it and in my opinion should close and have the much needed work done. The walls/ceiling in the bedrooms are dirty, have lots of marks on them, our bath had been leaking, it was dirty. All the walls around the pool have cracks in them and chunks of plaster missing. What little bit of food there was at breakfast wasn’t great.

Good accommodation,staff need more skills
Everyone was lovely. The only fault I have is that we waited in Ubud for shuttle bus for an hour and no one arrived therefore leaving us to pay for a taxi. When arriving back at Beji we were pretty much called liars and told there was nothing that could be done.

Trevlig personal, väldigt hjälpsam. Mycket fin omgivning och utsikt. Bra läge, nära till centrum. Gratis shuttle från hotellet till centrum vissa tider. Finns turer att boka med hotellet om man vill upptäcka ubud. Mysigt hotell för par med fin infinitypool.

インフィニティプールが最高に素敵なヴィラ！
ウブドにあるインフィニティプールが素敵なヴィラです！ プールの水面と奥に広がるウブドのジャングルがつながって見えるインフィニティプールに惹かれてこちらの宿に決めました！ ウブドのメインエリアから少し北にネカ美術館やアートミュージアムのあるエリア近くで静かな立地です。 建物の入り口目の前にはコンビニエンスストアがあり飲料等の買出しもできるので便利です。 入り口から長い石畳の通路を進むと奥にフロントの建物があります。 夜遅いチェックインでしたがホテルの方は快く迎えてくださり、荷物もスタッフさんが宿泊のヴィラまで運んでくださいました。 敷地内には5つのプールがあり、メインはフロントから階下に進んだ渓谷に面したインフィニティプール。 行った時期はハイシーズンではなかったのでそんなに混雑もしておらず、いつも静かに過ごせました。 目の前の渓谷はウブドならではのうっそうとしたジャングルで、インフィニティプールから広がる景色は圧巻でした。 緑豊かで雨の多いウブドだからこその豊富な水量で、水温も低すぎず常に快適でした。 大勢のスタッフさんが早朝から施設内を丁寧に掃き掃除して、プールの落ち葉なども丁寧に取り除いていて 施設内はいつもきれいな状態でした。 ヒンズー教の習わしのお供えも施設内あちこちに見られて、朝から担当の女性が各ヴィラにも配り祈りをささげて厳かな雰囲気がとても良かったです。 ヴィラのお部屋は天井が高くてとても広く感じました！ベッドはおしゃれな天蓋付き！お風呂は大きなバスタブがあり同じく天井が高くて広かったです。 フロント横の建物はレストランになっています。朝食はこちらでビュッフェスタイルでした。フルーツやヨーグルト、オートミールやグラノーラなど、 何種類ものパンやマフィン、ワッフル。インドネシア料理のフライドライスや麺もありました。ドリンクはフルーツジュースにコーヒーと紅茶もあり 豊富な品数でゆっくり楽しめます。 施設内でバリマッサージやロミロミなど様々なマッサージも受けられます。マッサージ用のヴィラはフロントから下に下って行ったところにあり、また特別な感じがします。 予約よりもセラピストさんが遅く来たからと値引いてくださる配慮もありました。施術は丁寧でよかったです。 こちらのヴィラは恐らくそんなに新しくないため、水回りなど少し古さが感じられる部分がありました。バスタブの排水が良くなくて、シャワーを使うとバスタブに水がたまり 15分くらいしても水位が下がらない状態だったのでフロントの方に点検をお願いしたのですが結局改善はされませんでした。その点が少し残念でした。 また最近の新しいホテルは枕元近くにスマートフォン用の充電用の電源タップがありますが、こちらはそういったものがなく、ベッドライト用のランプのコンセントを抜くか ベッドより離れたところにあるテレビの電源を抜いて使うしかなくそこが少し不便でした。 それ以外は快適に利用できてゆっくりと滞在を楽しめました。 スタッフの方は皆さんフレンドリーで丁寧な対応でよかったです！タクシーの手配も迅速でした。 フロントでデポジットを払えば充電器の貸し出しサービスもあるようです。

Decent place - good location
The resort itself is nicely laid out with pools, eating areas and relaxing spots. However the rooms aren't very nicely decorated or laid out (very steep stairs in the middle of the room!) The first room we checked into smelled bad but the staff were courteous enough to show us two further rooms. The staff was very friendly whenever needed. Breakfast was decent. They do have a shuttle service every hour or so going to Ubud market, which was helpful. Also had an infinity pool with decent views of a tree line.

Hôtel tranquille si vous êtes près de la réception (vue sur la vallée). Chambre Lumbung à éviter qui est située près de la rue. C'est bruyant et désuet. Propreté douteuse, ampoules qui pendent au plafond, qualité du lit médiocre. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre. On nous a attribué une chambre vue piscine: propreté, confort, literie, calme 5/5. On peut louer des scooters 8$ CAD par jour. Personnel très gentil. Piscines vraiment belles. À recommander

Fantastiskt miljö!
Väldigt fint boende i fantastisk miljö. Flera mysiga poolområden i den lummiga trädgården. Väldigt fint läge, som att bo i djungeln men ändå ganska nära centrala Ubud. Enkla, men rena och rymliga familjebungalows.

Lad ikke billederne snyde dig.
Stedet ser rigtig godt ud på billeder, men det er det desværre ikke. Stedet var sikkert rigtig fint for 5 år siden, men der mangler vedligeholdelse. Der er 5 pools - alle er ISKOLDE. Har været på andre hotellet hvor vandet ikke var koldt, så lidt underligt. Vores første værelse var fyldt med myrer, så vi måtte skifte værelse. Vi lejede en chauffør gennem hotellet - han forstod dårlig nok engelsk.

Great stay and good value for money
Beautiful hotel with 5 amazing pools and well kept gardens. Staff friendly, breakfast good for 3 stars. Rooms a bit dated but spacious and very clean for 3 star standard. Lots of good restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk from hotel. I give it 5 stars rating based on a 3 star and the cheap rate we paid for this hotel. Highly recommended if you on a budget. PS: ubud is in a jungle. Expect some insects, ants and geckos in your room. If you can’t handle that, stay at home! Unfair to give bad ratings to this hotel based on that. 🙄
