Nice and clean and a very comfortable bed. We arrived very late past midnight after missing a flight in São Paulo. We used the WhatsApp message service and the staff got back to us instantly to say someone would be there to let us in. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection. Location is great, right in the centre of the city with plenty of shops and places to eat. Not far from the mall either. We will definitely stay again.

I chose this place based on glowing reviews, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! From the moment I arrived, the staff blew me away with their friendly and attentive service. Breakfast was a delightful adventure, featuring a fantastic variety of options and an incredible selection of fresh fruit that truly set the tone for the day! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the crisp, clean linens made me feel right at home. The room was spacious and perfect for what I paid. Plus, the location is unbeatable! Just around the corner, you’ll find Bob’s Burgers, McDonald's, and Burger King for quick bites, but if you’re on the hunt for an exceptional hamburger, you simply can’t miss Bauhaus Burgers! Convenience stores and drugstores are nearby, and being in the heart of town means tons of ways to explore. This place is a hidden gem that makes it easy to experience everything the area has to offer!

Me deixei levar pela avaliação (9,4), e não encontrei o que achei que fosse encontrar. Primeiro tem que destacar o pessoal, super educado, todos muito atenciosos e ambientes limpos. Começando pelo estacionamento, quem tiver um carro um pouco maior, terá problema. Para entrar ja é necessário abrir bem a curva, e a disposição das colunas dentro do estacionamento é muito infeliz. Péssimo. Para quem faz uma viagem de negócios deseja uma boa cama e um bom banho. O chuveiro, apesar de elétrico, estava ok. Agora a cama, dava para sentir as molas, não foi uma boa experiência. Pensei em dormir no sofa que existe em uma pequena sala, mas também não era bom. O cafe da manhã, pela relação custo benefício é bem servido com opções de bolos, chas, frutas, gostei. Localizado no centro, perto das praça Tupal Vilela. De novo, a equipe é nota 10, mas acredito não será minha opção em minha próxima viajem a Uberlandia.
