Bagunça Geral no Estacionamento

Sou hospede comum neste hotel. Porém dentro do sistema ÍBIS é o único que o pessoal permite que pessoas sem autorização estaciona na vaga de cadeirantes e idosos. Não tem controle de quem é proprietário do automóvel dentro do estacionamento. Com muita gentileza uma senhorita da recepção me autorizou colocar o meu carro na vaga de carga e descarga, pois só ia ficar a noite. Peço a esse hotel que siga exemplo do IBIS de Uberlândia. onde existe o controle de autos estacionados. Eu na próxima estadia se acontecer o mesmo problema vou acionar a policia militar para resolver o caso, abrir um boletim de ocorrência. FALTA RESPEITO de muitos, porém o ÍBIS tem ferramentas para resolver esse problema.

Pessimo atendimento

Dentro do elevador, possui uma papel que diz: “Peça seu café na bandeja, servido 24 Horas” Estava com minha esposa, e solicitamos esse café por ser mais rápido e prático. Ao solicitarmos na recepção, a recepcionista que parecia ser novata (e muito sem educação), se fez de desentendida, chamou a outra que aprece ter conferido com o pessoal da cozinha, e disse que não havia aquele café (exposto dentro do elevador, com preço (R$27,00), e um enorme (24 HORAS)). Parecida uma pegadinha, que deveríamos ter feito valer o código de defesa do consumidor. Experiência foi pessima nesse sentido é no atendimento das duas recepcionistas no check-out, além do pessoal da cozinha que poderia sim ter feito o que foi solicitado! É uma vergonha para uma rede desse tamanho tratar os clientes dessa forma!

Como rede Accor, achei o Íbis Uberaba muito fraco no atendimento, quarto com acabamento ruim - pintura escorrida na bancada do banheiro…. Já estive hospedada em outros locais e com atendimento e melhorias no conforto e arrumação. O café da manhã bem confuso e com funcionários pouco simpáticos e eficientes.
