Bom lugar

O quarto estava ótimo, o café da manhã maravilhoso, porém durante a noite houve uma oscilação de energia, o ar condicionado parou de funcionar e isso foi ruim, além disso o estacionamento é bem complicado, espaço e vagas são muito pequenas. Tirando isso, foi tudo muito bom, o atendimento excelente

Decepção

Hotel muito velho, as camas são ruins de molas que balançam, ficamos 2 diárias, na primeira noite sentimos muito frio, ofereceram apenas uma manta fina em cada cama (estávamos no quarto de uma cama de casal e 2 de solteiro) tivemos de comprar cobertores pois havia a previsão da noite ser de 8 graus. O barulho da rua parece que esta dentro do quarto, zero acústica, o ar condicionado não funcionava (ainda bem que nao precisamos dele), no segundo dia tínhamos um evento em Uberaba na parte da manha e não conseguimos tomar banho pq não tinha agua quente no banheiro. A garagem é pequena e apertada, não tem elevador e apenas escada (além de um lugar com entulhos), além de ter um custo de R$ 10,00 por dia. A área do café da manhã é bonita com uma vista muito agradável, a qualidade do café da manha é Ok, nada de espetacular.

Já me hospedei em outras oportunidades. Boa localização, tudo limpo e organizado. Hotel dispõe de academia com aparelhos conservados. O café da manhã com a vista panorâmica me encanta. Hotel em si é bom - mais a internet não funciona

O hotel é bom, funcionários atenciosos porém como todos que viajam a trabalho precisam fazer uso da internet (que o hotel justifica que estava com problema) porém as duas vezes que fiquei por lá em datas diferentes aconteceu a mesma coisa. A Tv também não pega pq todas as smarts necessitam da rede e não funcionam

Nunca mais: o hotel que testou minha paciência.

Infelizmente, tivemos uma experiência bastante frustrante desde o momento do check-in. Mesmo com a reserva de dois quartos paga antecipadamente, enfrentamos um atendimento confuso na recepção, que inicialmente não localizou nossas reservas. Recebemos dois quartos em andares diferentes — o que já foi um incômodo — e, ao subir, nos deparamos com mais problemas: um dos quartos estava sujo e o outro, com uma cama a menos e o banheiro alagado devido a um vazamento. Após quase uma hora de espera, um dos quartos foi limpo e nos informaram que o outro seria trocado. Saímos para que pudessem resolver a situação com mais tempo, mas, ao voltarmos horas depois, fomos surpreendidos com a notícia de que o segundo quarto havia sido dado a outros hóspedes e o hotel estava lotado. A única solução oferecida foi nos hospedar separadamente em outro hotel da rede, o que não aceitávamos. Pedimos o estorno, que foi negado sob a justificativa de que isso só poderia ser feito em dia útil. A situação só foi resolvida após muito desgaste, discussão e quando já estávamos deixando o hotel. Nesse momento, finalmente nos ofereceram um novo quarto, que — curiosamente — apareceu “de última hora”. Aceitamos por já ser tarde e por segurança da família. No fim, ficamos acomodados, mas o processo foi desgastante e evitável. Sobre as acomodações: camas confortáveis, mas lençóis velhos e com furos, chuveiro ok, café da manhã bom, porém mal reposto. Diante de tudo, não recomendo e certamente não voltarei.

Hotel não se enquadra nas estrelas da categoria. Fiquei no quarto 320, impossível dormir nele. O ar condicionado está com um barulho que mais parece um helicóptero. O chuveiro merece ser substituído por outro. O sinal da televisão muito ruím. Definitivamente, esse quarto precisa ser interditado até resolver essas questões.

Já quero voltar

Muito bom. Café da manhã excelente, com uma linda vista. Tapioca e omelete feitos na hora. Elevadores, estacionamento. Quarto amplo, cama de casal grande, ambiente com dois quartos e um banheiro no meio. O único problema foi que no quarto onde ficava a cama solteira só tinha ventilador, não tinha ar condicionado.
