O atendimento prestado foi excepcional do início ao fim, demonstrando profissionalismo e cordialidade por parte da equipe. No entanto, há alguns aspectos relacionados à estrutura do local que precisam ser pontuados. Durante minha estadia, notei a presença de duas baratas no quarto, além de um número considerável de formigas grandes no banheiro, o que comprometeu o conforto e a higiene do ambiente. Além disso, o piso apresentava trincas e algumas peças soltas, o que pode representar um risco para os hóspedes. Por outro lado, destaco alguns pontos positivos que contribuíram para uma experiência agradável, como o excelente café da manhã, a piscina bem cuidada e a qualidade do atendimento, que se manteve impecável em todos os momentos.

A Juliane nos atendeu muito bem, o local e gostoso porem as instalacoes precisam de manutencao, torneira do banheiro pingando, porta que da acesso a varanda nao fecha direito, infiltracao no teto, cheiro de mofo, chuveirao externo dificil acesso, grama sem.poda. E a questao do estacionamento precisa ser revista, se algum hospede estaciona atras do seu carro e voce precisa sair voce precisa chamar o hospede se o hospede nao estiver voce fica sem poder utilizar o carro caso precise. .

Razoável. Atendimento bom, café da manhã ótimo, piscina limpa, limpeza no geral excelente mas deixou a desejar no conforto do quarto, paredes úmidas, fregobar sem nada para consumo, torneira do banheiro vazando molhou meus pertences que estavam lá, como não teve serviço de quarto a lixeira do banheiro era pequena e ficou muito cheia.

fui pela avaliação do aplicativo, horrivel. area do cafe enfrente aos quartos barulho do funcionarios fazendo cafe 6;30 da manhã já acorda e não dorme mais, café da manhã fraco, funcionarios não acostumado a repor as coisas não tinha pão frances acabava tudo cedo. o quarto a tv não funcionava nenhum canal, se ouvia todo barulho do banheiro dos vizinhos de madrugada, o carro tinha q dormir na rua cama colchão ruim ...
