Hotel São Charbel

Foi um final de semana duas diárias na qual desta vez escolhi um hotel central, os quartos são pequenos e simples, porém com bom serviço e atendimento. A Minha escolha foi devido eaceitar meus dois Pets Lipe e Joca, porém com muita limitação. pra resumir: Pet no hotel fora do quarto soemete no colo. Por não cobrar diária do Pet, eles não tem kit pet e também não disponibiliza no hotel. O Custo benefício é ótimo para você levar seu amigo de 4 patas.

Infelizmente, a experiência não foi boa. O primeiro quarto que me colocaram possuía um ar condicionado de janela que ficava próximo ao teto, sem possibilidade de regular a temperatura, com isopor nas laterais para cobrir buraco. Nos colocaram em outro quarto que não possuía ducha higiênica e banheiro com um box minúsculo. Não pode usar ferro de passar roupa. Se precisar de secador, roupa de cama e outros itens, eles não levam no quarto, é necessário pegar na recepção.

NÃO RECOMENDO

O Hotel tem muitas proibições. Eles aceitam o animal de estimação mas ele tem que ficar o tempo todo no colo, o que incomodou muito. No café da manhã senti falta do Grill para fazer queijo quente. E num dos dias não teve ovo mexido e salsicha, por diversas vezes tivemos que pedir para repor coisas como gelo, pão de queijo e café. A porta do box do meu quarto não fechava. O quarto onde ficou minha sogra não tinha ducha higiênica. A internet no quarto que fiquei (105) foi horrível, não funcionava direito. O anúncio diz que tem vista para cidade, mas este quarto não dá pra ver cidade nenhuma, então não tem vista para a cidade. Ah, e teve um dia que pedi o secador de cabelo, tive que descer pra pegar o secador na recepção, sendo que tinham 3 pessoas (funcionários) na recepção e 2 funcionárias no meu andar, achei um absurdo, pois sempre que fico em hotéis ou pousadas, tudo que é pedido é levado para o quarto do hóspede. Aconteceu da minha sogra pedir mais travesseiros e eles entregaram na recepção também. Enfim, foi uma experiência muito ruim, passei dias desconfortáveis. Espero que melhorem, mas eu e minha família nunca mais voltará neste hotel.
