"To start, the hotel was insanely busy, but that doesn’t change the experience we had. I booked this hotel to have access to their water park area for my kids, which closes at 7 in the spring. We arrived just after the check in time and even using the valet, it took 45 minutes to get through check in. It then took almost an hour just to get in to an elevator because of how many people from the convention were trying to use it at the exact same time. We quick changed and ran back to the elevator, and that process took another 30 minutes, with how many people were waiting and the fact the elevator stopped at all 22 floors on the way down. By the time we weaved through the cluster of people and got to the water park, we had an entire 23 minutes to enjoy it. I understand a lot of this is outside the hotels control, but for the cost, I would have expected the organization of everything to be much better."

"The room was nice enough. Good showers. Great lounge space. Free off-street parking was nice. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. But the WiFi was practically non-existent so not an ideal place to stay if you're hoping to get work done. "

"Management would not address issues with parents from out of country and all their kids kicking soccer balls around and running/ screaming/ hitting guests doors until after midnight. "

"Our room smelled like smoke, cigarette holes were in the sheets. There was peeling paint and obvious need of repairs and upgrades. They had no blanket on the bed, just a super thin cover and a sheet. It felt unsafe and dirty. We asked for a late check- out because of a delayed flight we arrived at 3am and were denied. The next morning when we woke up police were arresting a man a few doors down from us. We checked out and will never be back. "
