"I had made reservation after midnight while tired on the road, needing a place to sleep, the night manager fixed my reservation so I could get a room immediately. Super helpful and much appreciated. "
"We were in town for a convention and this hotel was only a 15 minute walk from the venue, it's in a great location just off the highway and in Hartford there are scooters on every corner so it seemed like we were just next door to our event. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, arrived early and was allowed in on an early arrival fee which was worth it considering the long drive we had, we just wanted to relax a bit. The room was very clean and AC was set before we got there, so it was nice and cool after the hot car ride. There isnt advertisement for a pool, but there's a pool! I did let the staff know about there not being any advertisement for it, next time I'll be prepared! We will definitely be staying here again in the future. :)"
