"Overall the place is nice in good location by one of main roads in San Luis. The staff is friendly. The room is clean, the breakfast is reasonable. The Gym can be used 24/7, but the treadmill is not working. No way to adjust the load on bikes. Not very functional. The fridge in technically working without actually making cold air inside. To save energy, I just turned it off. Couldn't check the functionality of the kitchenette, because there was no equipment to be used with it."

"The condition of the room was far below my expectations. The carpet was worn and dirty, the towels were old and ragged, basic amenities were lacking: there were no shampoo and conditioner. We asked if we could our rooms for a double bed and we were told we couldn’t do it because we booked through Expedia, to matters worst on the last day, there was a leak in the bathroom. Finally they were able to accommodate our initial request, for this reasons I would not recommend this hotel."

"The desk clerk would not check us in until 3 pm even though it was 2pm. We explained we are old people and very tired. He wou;d not check us in until 3. The room was very cold. We tried the remote for the minisplit but nothing happened. The phone did not work so we had to go down to the front desk to get instructions. The hotel proper has no heat so the breakfast room was very cold including the food. We have stayd there before and were treated much better. The first desk clerk should not be working there. He does not know how to treat people"
