"The breakfast was great. I enjoyed the salmon eggs Benedict and , a rarity, an excellent cup of tea. We did experience inadequate water temperature for bathing at night. A storm knocked out the elevators on the day of our departure so we were delayed because we did not want to carry our luggage down 11 floors. We were eventually rescued by staff who took us down in the service elevator. "

"We didn't stay for breakfast. The lady at the front desk was amazing. The first room she put us in wasn't clean yet so she upgraded us. The room was nice but smelled like old oil. "

"The tub had hair in it. Not hair on your head but the type of hair you get downwards."

"All good except road noise. If you're on the front side, the occasional car can be quite noisy. Ask for the backside if that would bother you. "
