「The location is excellent for a short drive to the popular Balos and falasarna beaches. We choose the room with a seaview which was worth it. What make our stay exceptional was definitely due to the the staff. They were all super helpful, always courteous and with a smile, knowledgeable about the local town ready with suggestions when asked. The beach downstairs is fine especially if you have small children or do not wish to travel too far for a beach. I definitely recommend this hotel.」

「We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect from start to finish. But this time we were somewhat disappointed. The first three days were perfect but then suddenly the resort started closing fascilities and restaurants one after one because the whole resort was about to shut down on 11/4. That meant that the food court by the pool closed, the dining options became less and you could easily tell in the quality of the food that the options were less and less by the buffet. 「It's the best hotel to stay if you want to go to Balos Beach & Lagoon the next day. We had a nice room at the first floor with a sea view and the swimming pool was just outside the room. The facilities are new and good. However, the room still has strong smell of decoration. We had to open the window to get some fresh air. The restaurant at the the hotel provides breakfast and buffet dinner which are not bad.」
