「Exactly what we needed for a weekend Karting @ Warden Law. 15 minutes away from the track and close enough to the centre of Sunderland to give you everything you need. Definitely would use again 👌」

「Ideal family base for our show at Utilita Arena and shopping at Metro Centre. 10-15 mins away by car. Cosy wee house at decent price. Would definitely book here again for myself, partner and 3 kids. 」

「I wonder if Hotels.com checks these accommodations before advertising them Unsafe :as telephone cable had been pulled out of socket and left hanging in a plastic bag. Unsafe; no Smoke or Carbon Monoxide alarms anywhere in the property Unclean: molds growing around the bath and shower door Unclean: skirting boards full of long settled dust Unsuitable: no hanging place anywhere No wardrobe ,Rail or hooks clothes had to be hung on unclean door tops. No towel rail so towel had to be hung on...

「Cleaning was not good enough, webs in showers and mould. Stains on sheets and the dishwasher was not working. We was forced to pay for cleaning, despite all this. Dont recommend this, we felt cheated on.」
