「The code to get into the facility would not work. I had to make a phone call and after three attempts finally got in the facility. Then the code to open my guest room door did not work. I was still on the phone with I think was an AI representative and after three attempts at opening the door, all of which failed the keypad ceased to operate. So I had no choice, but to leave the hotel has refused a refund.」

「房間欠日用品 Wi-fi 要聯結要填好多問題 被較薄 暖氣開唔到」

「The property was fine because I only stayed overnight. The breakfast offered was great. I felt safe. The down size was there was not enough towels and they couldn’t offer extra trash bags」

「Great room, excellent staff, exceptional breakfast, very clean.」

「We’ve stayed here a number of times and we love it. Right in the middle of NuLu, it’s the perfect spot.」

「Shops restaurants and amenities made it nice to hang around the hotel. A speak-easy with bowling lanes is a cool touch as well. The location is within walking distance from anything you would want to do downtown Louisville as well.」

「The staff was great. The bartender and amenities were very good. The hotel coffee shop was amazing along with the walkable places . Parking however was a nightmare! There was no where to park in their garage, and street parking was hard to find and expensive」
