「This hotel is a lovely find in downtown Tyler. Very quiet, nice rooms with lots of space. Would definitely return if we are in the area」

「Staff was great! Other comments: We reserved an accessible room and it was in a different part of the building with a elevator all the way past the event center. How does that make sense for the mobility impaired? Room was fine, clean, but needed updates. Towels were like sandpaper.」
