The house was as described and was conveniently located to the beach and other areas of interest. The house was clean and furnished nicely. The only issue was that the king bed had issues with squeaking loudly when you moved. We enjoyed our stay.

The place was nice and appeared to be clean on the surface, however we encountered many bugs all over the house. At 1st we noticed them around the sink in the kitchen, but then we saw bugs inside the cabinets and silverware drawer. Air conditioning worked well in down stairs, but it was hot upstairs where the bedrooms were. There was no tissue boxes any where, however there were many towel sets. Place is very quite and sunny and bright. I wished we did not have all the bug issues, including big spiders.

The house was very nice and roomy with pretty much anything a family will need to stay and live like you were at your own home. Only 2 minor suggestions for the owners, supply the WiFi password and more toilet paper! Would highly recommend, and the price was nice

The place was nice. The property was lovely. There is a pond outback filled with friendly little turtles. The beach is a short walk from the back yard. The house was clean for the most part however when we went to use the dishes they were very visibly not clean, the shower had hair in the drain and there was sand in one of the couches. In the advertisement it shows a cute balcony with a table and two chairs outside of the bedroom but they fail to tell you that you cannot go out the door because it is fixed shut. That part was a bit disappointing. I really wanted coffee in the morning with that view.

It was a nice place in very quiet neighborhood. View of river/bay (where big ships come in) from upstairs back bedroom and balcony. Big back yard with turtle and bird pond. Great bird watching! Could walk to North beach but hard for mobility impaired as raised walkway ends early. Then the sand path is deep, narrow and tough walking. We walked to lighthouse and. Museum. Good coffee places and restaurants bike close. The unit wifi and fireplace were not working. We used the other (unoccupied) unit’s wifi. Maintenance was not quick. Rusty shower curtain and drapery rods and filthy carpet on stairs need replacing. But overall very clean. Door to second unit left open. Such easy fixes. I would maybe stay there again in off season when it is cool enough to walk. The trek to beach is for fit people but there are many access points on this small island. The bird watching on North beach was outstanding in April. Savannah downtown is 40 minutes from North end. We spent a day on Hilton Head. Again, off-season and no traffic.

There were no trash bags anywhere for the kitchen trash container, we notified Tybee rental and were texted back that there would be a response to correct this but never received a response. The chairs on the upper level balcony were dry rotted and collapsed and un-useable and very dangerous. Nice property location,nice neighborhood, quiet, nice living quarters.
