「The room is smelling. There is no room service during our 2 nights. We have to go to the front desk and ask for the trash bag. We need to clean the trash bin by ourself.
We have to change our towel througt the front desk and there is a long way from the pool/room to the front desk.
Also we are worry about the safety. The park space in the back is dark and smelling. There was someone yelling and knock our neighboor room door in the early morning which made us scared.

「I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating.
To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance...
