Really enjoyed my stay. Location is very convenient and walkable to downtown restaurants and coffee shops. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.

This is a great hotel that is very close to the old town. It is in a very walkable area and located very centrally. The hosts were also very kind and accommodating, and we spoke for a while about our travels. If you are going to Tuzla this is a great option that I highly recommend.

Best spot in Tuzla

A wonderful family-run place in the heart of the city. They were very helpful and it was a pleasure to stay there thanks to them. I hope to stay again soon. Location is very close to all by walk distance (very easy to access the lakes and restaurants etc..)

Great Hotel in Tuzla City Centre

I am extremely happy I chose Heartland City Hotel for my stay in Tuzla because it was very centrally located but also not in one of the major streets, so it was also quiet at night. Moreover, it is a family-run enterprise and I was treated so very well during my entire stay. I can therefore highly recommend the place for a stay of any length in Tuzla; breakfast is included, there is a cafe/bar on-site and plenty to do all around the area. The only thing I would say - and this is more administrative than a negative - is to make contact with them ahead of your arrival (if driving) because the parking is down a narrow lane next to the property and you may need help with getting in.

Hurtig booking og kort ophold..

Dejligt hotel, med fantastisk service.. ankom først på aftenen, og skulle afsted med fly fra morgenstunden.. aftalt vækning og fik en god kop kaffe og kørsel til lufthavn.. Bestemt et sted jeg gerne vil besøge igen i længere tid..

Lors de mon arrivée, la directrice de l'hôtel m'a expliqué qu'il y a eu une erreur lors de la réservation (j'ai réservé qq heures avant mon arrivée), et m'a proposé une solution d'hébergement alternative, j'ai eu un formidable appartement de 60 m2 en centre ville (à qqs mètres de l'hôtel). En plus, j'ai eu le droit à consommer gratuitement au bar pendant mon séjour. Les gérants de l'hôtel sont un couple très gentil, Mr Popara Ibrahim m'a proposé de m'accompagner pour faire un tour en ville et m'a déposé à la station de bus pour mon départ.

Very nice stay in central hotel

Superb family-run hotel. The transfer service from Tuzla airport was excellent and solved a major headache in how to reach the city centre. The staff also offered to drive us to Tuzla bus station and helped us buy tickets to Sarajevo free of charge. Nothing seemed to be too much for the team. This may not be the cheapest hotel in Tuzla, but the service is amazing - truly one of the best experiences I have had anywhere. Highly recommended.

The owners were super polite, the hotel is 50 meter from the head Avenue of the town. Amazing service, fresh rooms. Seems newly renovated. IF you go to Tuzla you should 100 % stay at this hotel.

Trevlig mysig Hotell.

Hotell ligger nära centrum, inte så lång från Tuzla flygplatsen. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Rum är ny byggda/eller renoverade, rena och fräscha. WI -Fi fungerar utmärkt i hela hotellet. frukost var OK men under svenska standarder. rekommenderar starkt hotellet.
