Nunca especifican en la reservación que si quieres clima es mas caro. No tenian ni sistema, todo es con una hoja.

El clima casi no enfriaba, la persona de recepcion nada atenta y en el hotel me cobraron otro precio por que yo reserve habitacion sin clima y cuando llegue me dijeron que solo tenian con clima y pague de mas

Hotel tranquilo

Por una noche estuve en el hotel y había telarañas en la habitación y las sábanas no se notaban del todo limpias. Se escuchaban ruidos en instalaciones de plomeria. Fuera de esto, no hay otro inconveniente.

Muy bueno el hotel

La estancia fue agradable el personal muy amable y atento... Solo que al momento de pagar la reservación no tenían datos algunos de que realice la reservación vía página de expedia. Com por lo que no me respetaron el costo de lo que yo reserve.

Opción económica para pasar la noche en Tuxtla

Cubrió nuestra necesidad básica de pasar la noche y asearnos previo a nuestro regreso a Guadalajara, aunque tuvimos que pagar otra habitación para ello (sencilla) pues teníamos vuelo a las 17:30 horas. La recepcionista (Cecilia) turno vespertino muy amable y con toda la disposición de apoyar, al igual que el gerente, no así la recepcionista del turno matutino. Podría mejorar la actitud y mostrarse más dispuestos en atención al turista, por lo demás el servicio y condiciones del hotel van de acuerdo al precio. Recomendable si solo van a pasar la noche; poco accesible para personas mayores o con problemas articulares ya que no hay elevador. No tiene servicio de restaurante.

Hotel céntrico, limpio y con buena atención

Por su ubicación, el hotel es un poco ruidoso, por lo que no es un hotel de descanso o para pasar unas vacaciones largas. Para uno o dos días está bien y la calidad del servicio e instalaciones son acordes con el precio. El personal es excelente.

El Hotel está muy limpió y esta a unas cuadras del centro, es bonito, cómodo y tiene precio accesible, lo único malo es que el personal de recepción es poco amable, se supone que están dando servicio al cliente y se debe dar buen trato para volver a regresar y salir con una magnifica experiencia. De ahí en fuera todo perfecto :)

Limpio y centrico

Personal muy amable pero desactualizado con el sistema de hoteles.com, aparte que la habitación que me tenían reservada estaba descompuesta del lavamanos y me la cambiaron pero todo eso retraso mi check in. El estacionamiento que me dieron estorbaba a 1 coche y no se como habría salido. Ni 1 ventana y camas algo duras. El hotel está cerca del centro, esta muy limpio.
