"It was cool to have all the art in the lobby. The room was large and mostly clean -- but there was some gunk on the shower curtain and several areas needed dusting. But the service could have been more professional. I know it was slow - but several times when we were in the lobby the staff was just scrolling their phones. Three times when we walked in the door the two men at the doors (valets, I think) did not even look up from their phones. At check out no one asked about our stay -- they barely made eye contact as they took our keys and printed our receipt. There also was not much to do in the area. (Not the hotels fault -- but worth knowing if you are deciding if you should book a less expensive room that is not downtown)"
