"Old-fashioned motor hotel with a comfortable king sized bed. The room had an interesting off-square layout. We slept very well. The young lady I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant and had our room clean and ready for our arrival. "
"I really enjoyed the nights stay while traveling out of state. The hotel was clean and very quiet. They had complimentary snacks and coffee/tea in the front desk area. The gas station and fast food were right across the street from the hotel which was very convenient. I appreciated how the hotel was also next to the freeway exit alongside a tire shop where I end up having to check my air pressures afterwards for free. Although, we did run into some slight issues with the shower handle, I dont consider this a complaint. This would be an easy fix. Overall, nice quiet clean hotel near freeway with gas station across the street; cant beat that."
"Pros- Nicely decorated and cozy. Fit our family of 5 well enough. Seemed to have most everything we needed.
Cons- I don’t know if housekeeping did a thorough job before we entered. I could tell some places were overlooked. The dishwasher hadn’t been emptied, and there were clumps of hair/dust/dirt behind doors. Nothing too major, bedding and other places seemed okay. There was no advance notice that we would need to have a 4wd vehicle, so when it dumped snow for an entire day, we were very unprepared, not ever been up Beaver Canyon before. We couldn’t get to the lodge, so we had to take the shuttle. At the end of the day, we couldn’t get back to our condo either. My husband had to park a couple miles away at the lodge and walk back, then go back in the morning when roads were clear, to get the car. It was a "
