「Pros: 1. Good value for price 2. Hotel is relatively new, and room has nice features for the money 3. Staff is helpful 4. Breakfast is good, worth the price 5. Airco worked fine 6. 「Everything is very clean, friendly atmosphere and Ivan the manager is simply great! I love how attentive he was and made me feel wonderful. 」

「優點: 1. 非常新大乾淨質感不錯的公寓 2. 浴缸很大, 木質地板感覺乾淨 3. 有陽台, 雖然沒甚麼view 4. 有廚房, 附上整套碗盤刀叉, 雖然用不到但覺得質感很好 5. 價錢合理缺點: 1. 離split老城區不近,走路25~30分鐘(上下坡), 坐公車會比較快(10分鐘內), 但公車班次不是很穩定..一小時1~2班 2.早餐很普通, 只有麵包, 牛奶, 優格...沒有熱食 3. 樓層偏低, 只有2F, 基本上都要拉上窗簾....」
