"My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. On my first night, I discovered blood stains on the bed sheets. When I reported the issue to the front desk, I was told there were no other rooms available. As a result, I had to change the sheets myself. While doing so, I found additional blood stains on the pillows, which was even more disturbing. At that point, I removed all the bedding, threw it on the floor, took photographs, and brought the issue to the attention of the front desk staff. Despite providing evidence of the condition of the room, I did not feel that my complaint was taken seriously. I asked to speak with the General Manager, but he was unavailable. The following day, I again requested to speak with him and was told he was unavailable once more. Eventually, a front desk employee moved me to a different room, which was acceptable. However, that does not change the fact that my first night was spent dealing with a room that should never have been rented to a guest in that condition. Given the seriousness of the cleanliness issue, I requested that the first night be removed from my bill as a gesture of goodwill. The hotel refused and required me to pay for all three nights of my stay. Finding blood-stained bedding and pillows in a hotel room is completely unacceptable. What made the situation worse was the lack of urgency, accountability, and management involvement in addressing the problem. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this"

"As a Diamond member, we expect a quality experience at any Hilton location. Not only did the front desk agent give us the worst room, the lunch and dinner options in the restaurant were inedible. When we spoke to a waiter, she became defensive. One waiter actually exhibited the level of customer service we are accustomed to having. A housekeeper rudely interrupted our rest around 9:30am, banging on the door with a screwdriver or heavy-duty pen only to ask if we were checking out. We could hear her doing the same thing to the rooms around us. One front desk manager, Tricia saved the day on the third night. She upgraded our room and owned the subpar service rather than make excuses. She ensured we were squared away for our final 24 hours. If she had not stepped in, we would have cancelled our reservation and checked out early. Here is my recommendation: For breakfast, food is a 7/10 and runs about $25 per person unless you choose Hilton benefits. Eat at Nahm for dinner. Request the same level of service you receive at other Hilton Hotels."

"My family did a 3 night stay (Fri-Mon) at this location for my daughter to participate in a sporting event for the weekend that she had to be at the fields 6:30 am each day. On Friday evening, there were children running up and down the hallways beating on our room doors, sounding as if someone was breaking in. Informed the desk clerk, nothing from management. On Saturday evening, same thing occurs again but my husband and I were able to get to the door and stop several of the group of children and escorted them down stairs to their dads who were in lobby with beer and liquor bottles all over the tables drinking. When the hotel acted as if they didn’t know what to do, I informed the staff and parents I would be contacting headquarters and the authorities if necessary. Filed a complaint at headquarters, they stated there were other complaints. On Sunday, same dads in the lobby with beers and liquor on tables. Almost 11:00 smoke alarm goes off we are in the parking lot until after mid night, because of something that was done on the first floor bathrooms where dads and kids were. Once again nothing from management. If you have other options, go there. Management has done nothing that I’m aware of to address of the patrons at this hotel over the weekend that had to endure all this disruption and frustration. Do not stay here. Headquarters did inform me on Monday that it was still be escalated and reviewed and a penalty has been issued to the hotel, whatever that is"
