「We booked a Deluxe room with the bonus of EV charging on site. Except there wasn't as they didn't have a contract with a supplier.The room was on the ground floor directly across from other rooms, approximately 4 metres away, with windows facing each other, with a walkway between so there were people walking past the room regularly. 「The room was clean. However, we stayed 4 nights and never had a housekeeping visit. We had to ask for clean towels and coffee replenishment. The other issue i had was the fact people were smoking very close to the entrance and the lobby smelled of cigarettes. The front desk staff were warm and helpful.」
