「Off the charts! Beachfront bungalows were amazing ...but the staff was better!」

「Rooms were very clean and it was centrally located on the west side, providing access to many of the island’s beaches and attractions. The only challenge was the number of steps that were required if you have an upper “scenic” villa. 」

We had a sunset view cottage, which had a stunning panoramic view and incredible sunsets.It was spotlessly clean,had a very comfortable bed , spacious bathroom ,with outside shower and also a very well stocked mini bar. The hotel has access to beaches either side,both with a beach bar ,the cocktail of the day is worth a try😁 and any trip out can be sorted for you at reception. The pool is tucked away in a tranquil,quiet corner...

「large rooms light and airy (upstairs , downstairs seemed like they may be a little dark and there would be people walking past all the time) steps to upper floor slippy in the tropical weather so be aware if this is a thing for you. all staff, like everywhere in Antigua very friendly and helpful (one minor exception - housekeeping on day of departure a little rude / brusk). quite location , except gardening noise most days (they have to be maintained) walking distance to restaurants but...

「The property is in a lovely location, very quiet a a peaceful - you really need a car as nowhere nearby to get supplies, it’s basic, but immaculate and with everything you need. Sharon was very helpful, but we sadly we were unable to meet Gabriela and Douglas on this occasion, we had read such glowing reviews about them. (I hope you are feeling better, and hopefully we may get to come again and meet you). Deep bay is a 20 min walk and is just gorgeous. 」

「location was hard to find as you have to use the location given in Expedia. Place was in a nice quiet location. Areas of improvement: sink water was running very very very slowly. Need sink replaced. Toilet would run more often on the second/third day and having to manually hold the stopper down was too much. WiFi was spotty which could have been due to the location. Scenery was beautiful, management was responsive and helpful. Parking is also scarce. I would book again as a 5:6:7th option for...

「We spent 5 nights at the Buccaneer Beach Club and enjoyed every moment. The staff was phenomenal - Stanley was very helpful and kind to our children. The beach is steps away from the hotel. The rooms were cleaned every two days and housekeeping did a wonderful job. We grabbed snacks at the EZ Mart, which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel 」
