"The location was excellent, with stunning views of the Aegean Sea. The hotel has two good-sized pools and a wide variety of food options. We particularly enjoyed the Turkish-themed Levant restaurant, which was a highlight of our stay. However, the Indian-themed Green Curry restaurant was disappointingly poor. The room was clean, comfortable, and met the standard expected of a five-star hotel, with all the basic amenities. That said, we were surprised that the hotel was unable to provide an iron on request, which seems like a basic service for a resort of this standard. The staff were a mixed experience. Some were friendly and helpful, while others came across as quite rude. A significant issue was that many staff members, including some in senior management, had very limited English. This led to frequent miscommunication and unnecessary frustration, which is disappointing for a hotel that caters to international guests. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay thanks to the beautiful location, impressive views of the Turkish Mediterranean coastline, and good facilities. However, the language barrier among staff detracted from the experience and made even simple requests more difficult than they should have been."

"Over all great experience, clean throughout the resort, polite service by the waiters, fresh food served. The only thing I could recommend is glass cups around the pools especially around the kids pool. There were two incidents where a glass cup was broken, falling into the pool and another in the sunbed area. The kids pool had to be shutdown for the remainer of the day, which is not ideal. All was very good."

"This is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed at. From the start communication with the hotel direct was efficient and timely. We arrived early from Kos and the room was ready allowing us to get on with our day. The facilities are lovely and the whole place had an affluent feel about it. Our room was very special and we enjoyed a bottle of champagne on the balcony for my birthday. It is at the top of a hill with many steps inside the property so not for the faint hearted. That said there are many taxis about and rooms available on different floors. A very enjoyable stay, with 2 great pools and a fabulous breakfast. Very highly recommended"

"The beach front location, stunning views, crystal clear water, and proximity to the port is excellent. Unfortunately this is where the positives for this hotel end. The service and attention to detail is severely lacking and not consistent with what is expected of a 5 star resort. There are plenty of staff onsite, but they make little effort to greet or speak with guests, the breakfast service is utterly disorganised, and you have to constantly chase down people to get service. This is a 4 star establishment at best with a 5 star price tag. Very disappointing"
