"Breakfast menu was fine but one person trying to manage tables, clean dirty dishes, make coffee is terrible. I wiped down my own table because the man could not do everything and i felt sorry for him. We ran out of hot food so stood for a while waiting for more. The room was clean. No milk to make hot tea or coffee. No teaspoon either. Room was clean, bed clean. Pool is cold, not even slightly heated. Dissapointed as it was the main reason i booked there. "

"Drains were blocked and shower flooded half of the carpet room I stayed in. No one on reception and no after hour line so I had to sleep in a room with the gross smell of a soaking carpet Got wet and almost slipped every time I went to the bathroom also Other than that everything was great. No offer of compensation for the shower and drainage issue."

"Collie Ridge Resort was in a good location within walking distance to Collie town centre. The restaurant was nicely renovated. We ate there both nights & the food was excellent. There was lots of parking & the room was nice but a little bit dated. We would happily stay here again."
