Great budget hotel. Traditional style. Clean. Comfortable beds. Enjoyable breakfast included. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Walking distance to squares, restaurants, museums and local attractions. Some minor maintenance / repairs required but overall very good value. Really enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was very dated but in a great location. Staff were very helpful and room was clean. don’t expect to be able to get any food or drink, as they don’t have bar or room service, even though they state they do. But they do breakfast.

I enjoyed staying in this hotel very much. Tucked away but handy for local tourist facilities this boutique hotel was a great choice. There are lots of nearby restaurants. Nice room overlooking a courtyard, comfortable bed, in room safe & fridge and private bathroom with shower. Also offered WIFI, aircon and heating. Downside, could not find a bedside plug socket for charging mobile phone. On site Italian breakfast with a range cold cuts, breads and pastries including gluten free foods. . Overall, would be happy to stay again.

Fairly well located in downtown Torino. It is truly very close to much of the city centre’s places to visit. However, it is not placed on the most beautiful block. Lots of construction happening within a few paces. Breakfast could improve substantially, although not bad. It is an old building and it notices. I would still consider it for future visits depending on the room fares.

A nice property, close to city centre and to train station. We like walking around to learn about new places so the location was very important for us. The room we stayed in was huge and we have been very comfortable.

We reported to the receptionist that the bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working during our first hour of stay and yet it was never fixed at all. Also, it smelled in the hallways - could be because it's an old building.

Room allocation

I was checking in with my friend who was on crutches and the lift was not working so it would’ve helped if our room was on the ground floor. However, we were placed on the 4th floor which was not good considering the circumstances. Only 2 plugs worked (1 in the bathroom) where there were multiple that didn’t work. No problem with the bed and bathroom itself.

Would definitely return!

PROS: • close proximity to all the most significant monuments and streets, especially Mole Antonelliana • delicious breakfast (I just wish there was a bigger selection of products that aren’t sweet) • kind and considerate cleaning staff • bathroom amenities (shower caps, shower gels, shampoos, soaps, shoe cleaning sponge) • at night no one can enter the hotel without a code attached to their key, so I felt very safe CONS: • very early check out :-( it’d be great if it was 12pm at least • some spots in the room need refurbishing (in the corner of the shower there was unpleasant-looking soot, the wallpaper was coming off a bit) Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

C’est tout simple puisque l’hôtel était fermé ,ce que nous avons appris en sortant du taxi qui nous y emmenait. La personne qui était à l’accueil nous à tout d’abord dit qu’on allait nous rembourser. Puis voyant notre insistance, puisque nous arrivions dans une ville inconnu pour un séjour très court, cette personne a appelé un autre hôtel De surcroît le coût du second taxi a été à notre charge. L’hôtel de substitution était tout à fait correct

Väldigt nedgånget och gammalt hotell. Det luktade mögel i hela hotellet och en del av inredningen var ihoptejpad. Vårt första rum kryllade av myror i sängen, när vi får ett nytt rum (på femte våningen utan hiss) är även det rummet fullt av myror. Håll er borta

A localização do hotel é ótima. A tv não funcionava,mas depois de alguma insistência foi substituída. O quarto estava bem aquecido,mas o ar condicionado era mt ruidoso.No quarto o papel de parede tinha alguns rasgões,contudo na casa de banho tudo funcionava bem . Os funcionários mostraram-se prestáveis e atenciosos. O elevador esta a avariado.

Séjour de fin d'année

Hôtel proche de toutes les activités du centre ville (rues piétonnes, magasins, musées...). Très propre et bon accueil. Ascenseur en panne (depuis longtemps apparemment...) sinon chambre correctement chauffée.
