"Large apartment, well furnished. Clean. Excellent location. Limited auto traffic. Easy to walk. Close to many restaurants and piazzas. The side close to the street was noisy. Handover of keys was not as smooth as it should be. Our flight was delayed and we had to pay 20 euros for checking in after 8 pm. Seems unreasonable. Still, I had to wait outside for 10 mins for someone to show up with keys.
Except for this minor problem, I would recommend the apartment and especially the location."

"This was my second time visiting the Rivoli hotel and I highly recommend. The staff is very kind and helpful. The location is close to great restaurants and shopping. Rooms are clean."
"First class property in the center of Torino, located a quick five minute or less walk from the Egyptian Museum, and a number of excellent restaurants including within the hotel itself. The multi lingual staff is friendly, courteous, and happily willing to ensure a pleasant stay for every guest. Our junior suite was clean, quiet, and well appointed. Terrific buffet breakfast. Be sure to enjoy a drink in the hotel bar. A true gem."
"Staff was so friendly and useful. Staff speaks several languages and ready to help. Breakfast was amazing with a great variety of food. Their system to number food allergies is very useful and easy to follow. Ciao!"

10/10 Excellent
"Staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Everything done with a smile and are always incredibly helpful. Rooms are spacious and luxurious. Beds are large and comfortable, I always get some of the best sleep of a trip here. Location is perfect to see all the sights and shopping or restaurant areas. Great hotel for business or pleasure. Delicious breakfast. I have stayed many times and will be back again."
"The hotel offered excellent service from check in to departure, extremely clean and well appointed, a good selection and variety of breakfast choices.
At the time we stayed the temperatures were extremely high into late 30degrees and at the time of our stay the bar had moved outside to the roof terrace which normally would be good a somewhere to sit and have a cool drink would have been appreciated.
The location is very close to all attractions and easily and quickly reached , but walking out near to the station we encountered multiple groups of non locals who made the area slightly intimidating ( which is not the hotel’s responsibility)
We would stay again and recommend to fellow travellers"
