We had booked the hotel two months in advance but we were told 'we checked in too late' that day (6:30 pm) so no other room was available. It was also extremely loud right by the playground. Room was very nice. Polite staff,but poor communication between them. Horrible internet. Stayed 3 nights, every time I came to the room, I had to walk to the reception to get reconnected under pouring rain. Because room was not in the same building as reception.
