「The hotel is lovely, the staff very friendly & helpful & the beds & pillows were fabulous! We left early so didn’t have a sit down breakfast but they sent us off with a box of freshly backed croissants that were perfect!」

「Beautiful hotel! Directly across from Killarney National Park. Grounds were very clean, the apartment was spacious with coffee pot, microwave, stove, hairdryer. Lovely courtyard. Colgan’s Pub has the best Irish stew!! Would love to come back!」

「The staff were extremely friendly and the lobby is very nice. The rooms are a bit dated, but it goes with the vibe of the hotel so it didn't bother me. The shower however had mildew and stained grout that hadn't been addressed even after brining it to the attention of staff. I was even able to take a towel and wipe away some of the mildew after staff told me that it was just the grout. There was even mildew behind the toiletry dispenser in the shower. 「The staff at this hotel were amazing. They did everything you asked plus were there to help with extras like helping you get somewhere or helping you get to a place you never heard of lots of advice for somebody who had never been to this place.」

「Really wonderful experience overall. The wait staff were amazing (the French and Italian gentlemen in particular), the ambience in the sitting room - just loved it all. The walking paths were exceptional as well.」

「酒店不大，但是很有风格，而且也有电梯，这对前后住了两个没有电梯的酒店的我们来说非常重要，虽然电梯不大，但是小而温馨正是酒店的风格。我们一共订了三间房，每间房的装修都不一样，顶楼的房间空间更高。而且预订时以为是不包早餐的，到酒店后告知包含早餐，非常不错。」

「Small room and the host really seemed like she didn't want guests. Are was not rude and I didn't want to be fawned over but some basic pleasantness would help one feel welcome. I also had no idea how to contact them with needs during our stay.」

「Our 7 night experience here was exceptional. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, we had a great shower and peace and quiet. The pub is an absolute delight with an awesome breakfast featuring great coffee, fresh fruit and cereals and Full Irish Breakfasts or variations on the theme. The pub menu offers excellent traditional dishes, a cozy snug by the fireplace and a proper vibe with outstanding service that makes you feel at home. 「Stayed a quick overnight. Beds were comfortable. Ample parking. One of the reasons for booking was Expedia listed that it had laundry facilities but it was more laundry services. The reception was helpful in providing alternatives such as the self service laundry machines by the Circle K. She was even going beyond helpful by checking if it comes with detergent or if I need to purchase my own. I did not opt to use the self service as it wasn’t convenient for me at that time.」
