Not the right place to stay to enjoy Villa

Extremely disappointed based on the simple fact that the hotel IS not a boutique Hotel and either an ecological or environment friendly place.Int his case theuse of eco must be associated with cheap . The lhotel is not close to the village and you MUST use a car or transportation to go to the village The rate advertise by Hotel,com for two (2) rooms was 202,000 Colobian Pesos but we were charged 251500 Colombian Pesos per room

Hotel lindo. No buena experiencia con la reserva

El hotel es muy bonito y típico, aunque la habitación era muy grande para lo que buscábamos, pero se entiende que Semana Santa es temporada alta y la disponibilidad disminuye. Los empleados del hotel son muy serviciales y nos agradó mucho la atención. No me gustó la experiencia de la reserva ya que por un lado la página de Hoteles.com me decía que debía cancelar al hacer el check-in (esta la hice un sábado) y el lunes temprano me llamaron del hotel a decirme que tenía 1 hora para hacer una consignación con el 50% del valor y si no perdía la reserva, luego de insistir accedieron a darme por lo menos hasta el medio día (aunque la persona que me llamó no fue cordial).

Very nice hotel, quiet and clean.

My stay at this hotel was pleasant, did fill my expectations.... good location, 2km from main plaza... not so far, not so close, what makes it quiet and private!! Accommodations and facilities (spa, restaurant, pool, Jacuzzi) are very good. Will come back later!!

Realmente nos sentimos decepcionados, pues las fotos están muy bien tomadas, pero cuando uno llega allá no hay tal, el estado del hotel en general es regular. El jacuzzi de nuestra habitación no daban ganas de usarlo de lo viejo y amarillento que estaba. La habitación es muy oscura y solo hay un gran ventanal en mal estado tapado con un black-out que no se puede subir. Teníamos la ilusión de la chimenea pero todo el humo se entraba a la habitación. Para esas instalaciones el precio nos pareció muy costoso. La gente del hotel eso si muy amable.
