Muy bonito hotel, lindas instalaciones, sin embargo pagué para poder disfrutar de todas las instalaciones incluyendo la piscina, sin embargo al llegar la piscina se encontraba cerrada y no había acceso a la misma, los recepcionistas indicaron que no había servicio de piscina y que si ellos le decían a los clientes cancelaban las reservaciones. No me realizaron ningún tipo de descuento ni nada. Publicidad engañosa.

My family and I stated at Hotel Campanario de la Villa and it was a wonderful experience. Since the beginning Ignacio who works at the front desk and reservations was so attentive, professional and kind. He made us feel like family and he went above and beyond in exciting all our expectations. The hotel is very charming with a beautiful architecture resembling the beauty of Villa de Leyva. The rooms are clean, confortable and the breakfast was delicious. I just can say "Thank you to Hotel Campanario de la Villa and the staff" You made our family reunion an amazing experience.
