Hay que estar conectando cosas. El TV no funciona si la nevera esta funcinano y las lamparas no todas se pueden conectar pues la toma esta detrasde la cama. Dicen que son Pet Friendly, pero en su letra pequeña te cobran 50,000 cop mas por perro y un deposito. No hay un metro cuadrado de verde en el hotel. Solo materas

Si te enfermas y no puedes ir, no les importa

Desafortunadamente y cómo muchas personas en Colombia, me dio Covid y estuve hospitalizado hasta el pasado viernes, así que no pude disfrutar de mi estadía, he tratado de contactarme con el establecimiento para ver la forma de usar dichas noches de alojamiento (dos habitaciones, una noche) sin embargo nunca me comunican a alguien que pueda darme razón y terminan por colgarme, si bien, es cierto que dependen de la ocupación del hotel para subsistir, el servicio al cliente telefónico es deplorable y su poco interés por las circunstancias de los futuros huéspedes es evidente. No los califico mal porque no tuve la oportunidad de quedarme allí, pero definitivamente no pensaría en alojarme allí en un próxima oportunidad que viaje a Villa de Leyva.

Muy básico por el precio pagado

A la casa le faltan arreglos desde la fachada, el predio es antiguo. Llovió gran parte del tiempo y no tienen sombrillas disponibles para préstamo. La habitación tiene una nevera (minibar) vacío... en el que pudieran tener cosas como normalmente sucede en los hoteles, bebidas y snacks... la regadera básica. Desayuno bien. Se escuchaba el ruido de la habitación de arriba. El segundo dia no desayunamos ahí para probar algo diferente... al salir no nos preguntaron nada si ya habiamos desayunado, si se nos ofrecía algo... nos llamaron una hora después a preguntar porqué no habíamos desayunado ahi. Muy básico. Por el mismo precio me he quedado en mejores lugares y me arrepiento de haber pagado al ingreso sin haber visto antes el lugar.

Bonito hotel, gran atención, la habitación en perfecto estado, lo mejor: la cama, sábanas, almohadas, edredón todo excelente. la habitación tiene bañera y también chimenea, es muy espaciosa y estaba muy limpia Incluye un desayuno delicioso, se esmeraron por hacernos pasar una placentera estadía.
