I requested ironing twice, and they confirmed a price which I accepted. However, they didn't provide the service. Additionally, there were no bathrobes and slippers available. The pool staff was friendly, but the food was not recommended

Nouveau hotel, encore manque d'experience.

A la reception il a ete difficile de trouver ma reservation, car l'information mentionait mon prenom Constantin et moi je me presentati comme DAN (mon nom de famille). On a beau avoir un bon bureau (j'etais en voyage d'affaires) si la lumiere au bureau etait nulle. Essayez de travailler le soir a votre bureau si vous avez a lire un document a cote de votre ordinateur (!)
