「Checked in took far too long as only 1 personnel manning the large reception area. It was 8pm in the evening. The only lady was dealing with a group of 3. There were 5 others waiting. After I complained as I waited 15 minutes, she called another staff to help. Such a big hotel with almost full occupancy, as told by the staff, should schedule more at the front desk. 「The tv was difficult to learn how to get off Chinese tv stations」

「New, clean property, good staff, overall wonderful stay!」

「The staff was very kind. I also liked the shuttle service to the airport… very convenient. The hotel is in good shape and I found it clean. If I have another layover in Cebu, I’d definitely keep this hotel on my radar!」

「Staff are friendly and helpful, clean rooms and vicinity, shops, restos, laundry service downstairs, convenient parking at basement. A very young hotel that just opened few months ago and still on the works on the upper floors…it can be better in the days to come. Love to stay for value of money and convenience…」
