Helpful staff. Beautiful beach and pool. Nice rooms which are very clean and cleaned every day. Frequent problems with hot water, but this is common in Colombia. Inconvenient if you need to use an ATM - have to take a taxi into downtown Tumaco.

FALTA DE MANTENIMIENTO

Al hotel le falta mantenimiento porque hay varias zonas donde la humedad está dañando las instalaciones y los techos, por ejemplo en el corredor que lleva a las habitaciones de la zona ACUARIO la humedad está dañando las paredes externas y las internas del baño de la habitación 213. El aparato de aire acondicionado está soltando agua dentro de la habitación 213. El JACUSSI no está en servicio por falta de mantenimiento. El Sauna y el baño Turco solo funcionan 15 minutos, después se apagan. La señora que atiende en Recepción, es muy amable y colaboradora con los huéspedes. FELICITACIONES PARA ELLA.

Tumaco

Great hotel, great staff, and easy to get around. I chose Villa del Sol because there wasn't much else, and I am happy I did. Nice pool, good food, and close to restaurants and the beach. The son of the family who owns the resort was extremely helpful in setting up transportation for a tour of the city.

Muy mala atención y servicio. La piscina estuvo sucia durante toda mi permanencia,las toallas con mal olor. El restaurante la atención pésima y desordenada,se ve desde fuera la suciedad de la cocina. la zona humeda no tiene horarios de funcionamiento, la presion del agua en la habitacion muy poca. Lo bueno del hotel es la amplitud de los espacios

Bien pero puede mejorar.

A pesar de que es una de las mejores opciones en Tumaco, podría estar mejor, hace falta manteniemiento a algunas habitaciones, durante mi estadia nunca funciono el sauna / turco, sin embargo el servicio fue bueno. El transporte incluido hacia el aeropuerto fue muy conveniente. El espacio de la playa podria utilizarse mucho mejor si se renovara.

Hotel limpio, agradable buen servicio

La experiencia fue agradable, la reserva estaba hecha, me recogieron en el aeropuerto y la habitación era grande limpia y muy agradable, el servicio de desayuno puede mejorar ya que es bastante sencillo el menú en comparación a otros hoteles que ofrecen buffet con variadas para desayunar, el personal de servicio muy amable y atento, el hotel está ubicado en un área tranquila pero por la misma razón es algo difícil el transporte

Excelente,el personal del hotel es muy amable, la habitación confortable,muy limpia y amplia, agua permanente, su piscina muy bien ubicada pues el sol es constante en este sitio, el restaurante tiene buen menú y la atención es muy buena.

Estadía en Villas del Sol

Aunque el hotel queda frente al mar, la playa del hotel muy sucia, deberían todas las mañanas hacer jornadas de limpieza, pues hay muchas botellas plasticas, bolsas, palos grandes. Las instalaciones regulares pues unas partes son muy viejas, están dañados los bombillos, algunas habitaciones tienen camas que se mueven mucho. La mayoría del personal es amable, la naturaleza bonita, la piscina sobre todo de niños no estaba tan limpia, la comida deliciosa y al precio justo.

Casi perfecto

Hice la reserva en su página, incluso me llegó el correo de confirmación de la reserva con todos los datos, pero cuando llegué a hacer el check-in resultó que Hotels.com NO había informado al hotel Villas del Sol sobre mi reserva. El administrador del sitio fue muy amable solucionando el inconveniente en plena temporada alta. Les recomiendo mejorar su canal de comunicación con los hoteles asociados para que el cliente no tenga que sufrir por algo así. Por lo demás, todo estuvo muy bueno.
