"Otonomus Tulum is an excellent property. Clean, nice rooftop views, nice pool. Free upgrades. Kurt was so accommodating. Will stay again. Only thing is they need a better communication system, other than that 10/10 recommend "

"It doesn’t have parking, only valet. So it takes like 3-5 minutes for them to bring your car when you want to go somewhere. It’s like 10-15 minutes drive to main restaurants and hotels. Mattress was uncomfortable, kinda of hard. The design and decoration of the hotel is very unique, 2 nights to experience it is enough. Room was cleaned, food was good, and the Mirador was spectacular!! "

"I loved everything about this stay! I had my own little private pool and I absolutely loved my room. I had a little kitchen and my bed was super comfy. Danny was a pleasure to communicate with. She gave me a lot of information about things to do around and places to go. I cannot recommend this stay enough! "
