Upon arrival, all of the stuff was super sweet. I was traveling solo and since I already had a bad experience with the prior to hotel services, it was refreshing to receive service like Astral. Staff ALWAYS checked up on me to see if I needed anything from food to cleaning to small chats. Everyone was super kind. The room was clean, and there was hot water, the views from the bubble were incredible at night except maybe they could be power washed just a little to clean the debris from the trees :) there was a telescope and it also has a clicker where I think you could take your own photos, there are rechargeable lamps, a rechargeable bank that has multiple outlets, they have a flashligh, complementary beach, essentials, and snacks for purchase in the room since you can’t bring many items into the Carretera Zona Arqueológica Tulum-Punta. The beach club was cute. Be sure to check it out. Great food, great service, and great views on the beautiful blue beach. If you get cold a lot like me, bring your own small fluffy blanket (plane travel size) and maybe a jacket at night for night walks bc it gets breezy.

Excelente hotel para tener una experiencia autentica dentro de una burbuja, las noches son bajo el cielo estrellado, plus... cuenta con telescopio la habitacion.

Excelente experiencia, las habitaciones son más lindas que en las fotos. Gran lugar para ir con pareja. La recepción podría mejorar, se van temprano , no hay quien te ayude en la noche. Sin embargo, el hotel es impresionante

Creo que es una experiencia sobre valorada el desayuno incluido es muy pobre y no es el mejor, la habitación no contaba con cortinas como en las imágenes y nos tuvimos que pagar impuesto para ingresar (mala comunicación entre el hotel y la zona protegida) que por cierto está en remodelación y se ve terrible.

Aunque a priori todo fue correcto, no volvería. El hotel es más un beachclub con un par de burbujas que un hotel. A las 6 de la tarde ya no hay nadie en recepción ni se puede cenar en el hotel. Esta en una zona en la que hay que pagar una tasa especial para entrar por lo que por la noche se encuentra bastante aislado de cualquier otra zona de tulum y los taxis son muy caros. La comida del beach club es carisima, y el desayuno incluido es muy muy escaso (únicamente dos huevos, un zumo y un café). Respecto a la burbuja, está limpia y todo esta muy nuevo, pero a nosotros nos llovió un poco por la noche (cosa bastante habitual en esa zona) y la burbuja se llenó de churretones y ya no se veía nada. En resumen es muy caro para lo q ofrece, no es una experiencia de lujo, y es probable que no veas las estrellas.

Bubble is interesting although “glam”ping might be a stretch for the price point. AC and internet could be better in bubble, and constant upsell at the restaurant made it slightly uncomfortable. That being said, staff was nice, breakfast was delicious, and lots of nice beach bars next door with good music and views - great to have as the hotel closes by 5pm.

Since booking, I have had communication with them through messages. It was so convenient to have contact with them especially for when I had quick questions as I was planning my trip. Once I arrived, we were welcomed with such hospitality by Claudia. She was so sweet and attentive to our needs! She walked us into our room and then showed us around the hotel grounds! We felt very comfortable and safe with the warm welcome from beginning to end of our stay. Reception helped in every way they could from letting us borrow phone charger to helping us find transportation to the city center and recommendations for dinner and tours. The restaurant on site has delicious food and the servers are at your hand and foot making sure you are well taken care of! The view of the beach is incredible and how nice that it is steps away from your room. The room is a whole vibe! We absolutely were in awe to be there, it’s quite an experience. We loved being able to sleep under the stars the 4 nights we were there. This was definitely the highlight of my trip! If you love nature, this is for you. But even if you aren’t a fan of nature, you still have to try this! Book it, you won’t regret it! 🌴

We stayed at Astral for 5 days and our experience was simply AMAZING. We couldn’t stop taking pictures from inside and outside the bubble day and night. Staying in a bubble was a wonderful experience. We felt extremely safe and comfortable throughout our stay. All the staff from the reception to the beach club are extremely friendly, attentive, funny and sweet. Samara was ABSOLUTELY the wonderful. She was very attentive, sweet and hospitable. She texted us the weather every morning, recommended restaurants, arranged safe taxi rides and delightfully attended to our every need. Highly recommend this place and we will be back as well.

BOOK THIS PLACE!

AMAZING! Great place to sleep under the stars! Had them remove the cover once I checked in and had a great sunset and night in the room. AC works great. Went for a walk at sunrise - the beach is 30 steps from the room. And once back from the walk they had installed the black out again so I could zzzz a few more hours. The staff was super nice - I had a 6pm flight so they allowed a late check out.

Wooow!! experiencia increíble la de dormir en una burbuja transparente en el corazón del parque nacional Tulum. La propiedad es maravillosa y el servicio excelente.  Nos relajamos una tarde en el beach club disfrutando el mar del caribe y una deliciosa comida. El hotel se encuentra muy cerca de las Ruinas maya de Tulum, pudimos ir caminando y solo nos tardamos unos 5 minutos.  El personal muy atento! Super recomendado!!!
