"NOT AS ADVERTISED. I arrived and was told I couldn't check in despite calling ahead that I would be a bit late. When I was finally given a bed the room was dirty, the bathroom moldy, and the sheets had a very strong smell that made me itchy. "Hands down the greatest place I stayed on this trip. Great people, great staff, great location, great pool, great room. For those who love TV's, there was not a TV in our room, didn't need one. We walked across the street to the Tulum ruins, then floated in the pool. The restaurant has more than one CHEF, very talented, think outside the box chef.
