Absolutely delightful stay from check-in, room, help with dinner reservations, rooftop bar, breakfast. Really were pleasantly surprised how beautiful the hotel and room were. Girl and Spanish guy on reception were so helpful and friendly.
Great place to stay - the kitchen is big and well equipped for many visitors, too. Lots of complimentary tea and coffee. Staff is excellent, friendly and helpful. Well situated in the town - I highly recommend.
The rooms and the hallways have all new flooring and new clothing cupboards. Bed and bedding were comfortable, with a hair dryer available upon request.
The kitchen are is fantastic and fully equipped with two stoves, 5 fridges, microwave toaster etc.
The front staff were friendly and responsive. I arrived quite early to drop my luggage however they were able to get me into my room, which was fantastic.
I would stay here again without question. Location was excellent as well.
My only recommendation would be for a larger sign to be placed on the building. Very small sign near the door and it directs you to the back. It directs for you to call them, however I had my primary number turned off to avoid high fees, however I emailed them and she was at the door within 5 minutes!
Well worth the stay and I would go back.
Nice location and close to the bus/train station in Tullamore. The room and bathroom were very clean. The communal kitchen is great. The kitchen space was convenient for both eating takeaway and reheating leftovers.

Spotlessly clean. So well managed. Place is a credit to the property manager Cristiana. Would stay again. Excellent value
Room was spotless. Love having no key card. Doors all done by codes. Felt very safe. If anything could be improved it would be parking. There is on street parking but it ran out at 9.30 so we had to be up to either leave or put another ticket on. Couldn’t find any nearby long stay car parks.
This property surprised me. Rooms are clean. Most of the property has been remodeled. The kitchen is large and well-equipped.
My room only had one outlet, by the window beside the wardrobe. No lamps just overhead lighting. Doors slam loudly and you can hear them throughout the night.
What is the main reason to stay in a hotel, guest house, whatever? Exactly. And what if slamming doors prevent you from doing so? The landlady and her colleagues work day and night. They‘re welcoming and it‘s clean as a hospital. (Good) coffee is free. Couldn’t get the TV to show the regular channels. Only the (many) Samsung TV ones. Wifi works really well, which seems to be rare in irish hotels. Out of sympathy I give it 3 stars. But it‘s 1 really if you cannot sleep. The doors are like firing a gun in the corridor. You will sleep after the last guest has slammed the door and wake up when the first one slams it.
