"One major problem; all rooms are sprayed with a “perfumy” disinfectant which was way too strong in our room and almost unbearable. We opened the window, turned on the bathroom fan, went to dinner and the smell was still pungent. We wore masks to bed and it didn’t help much. They didn’t offer to switch rooms as staff said all rooms smelled that way. Otherwise, the room was quiet, clean and bug free. No complimentary water, except for the water dispenser on the second floor;(BYOB). Breakfast was very good. "

"The base of the toilet was leaking rusted water (or something else). I complained, but was ignored. Then, I found a $10.00 unknown charge on my card used for the deposit. I am working to understand."

"First off, I think it’s false advertising to say breakfast buffet included but charge extra for it. I thought included meant free, it is not. The breakfast was an additional $20 and for that reason, I wouldn’t stay here again. I did like that I got a text from the staff asking how check in was. I didn’t respond because it was kinda late but I got a follow up text the next day. I let them know that the large lamp in my room wasn’t working (it was missing a bulb). They were able to fix it sometime that day before I got back. As for cleanliness, the corners of the room, like under the nightstands, didn’t look clean but everything else was okay. I liked that the rooms had a Keurig machine, microwave and mini fridge. "

"We enjoyed the breakfast that was included and the welcome and thank you goodie bags with our stay. The pool and spa were just what we needed after our long drive to California. Would stay at a StayBridge Suites again"

"The WiFi didn't work the entire time we were there. I had work that needed to be turned in and had to go find another place to work. Very disappointed."
