Check in went well.
The gal at the front desk logged my son’s phone onto the slow Hilton WiFi and couldn’t change it. The WiFi in get was awful. They put this gadget in our room and the WiFi was still terrible!
My key stopped working to get into my room. Went to the front desk 3 times. The guy at the desk started yelling at me, as it was my fault! That was so rude! Hey, I needed to get into my room! They finally sent a maintenance guy who figured out the battery in the door was out and needed charging. Since it was late and apparently was a noisy ordeal to fix it, he asked if they could fix it in the morning. The bad part about that, is when we both left the room we could not get back in without their assistance! They did fix it in the morning.
The property itself was very nice and the pool was beautiful.
Breakfast was just so-so. Had better breakfast throughout Bali, Gili T and Lombok.
Recommend the Grand Palace in Sanur for a wonderful buffet breakfast and a beautiful room with amazing WiFi.
The shuttle to the airport was really nice and quick.
Not sure if it’s always like this, but your luggage and belongings have to go through an x-ray machine every time you enter the hotel. Got a temperature check each time too.
Room was clean and shower was nice and hot.
I would stay again only because the pool was splendid and the free airport shuttle.
