"When we arrived in Bali we were greeted by Melly at the reception desk. Melly was so pleasant and helpful. She explained all the amenities and helped us transfer to Holiday Inn Express next door for a second night. She offered us free breakfast and a shuttle return to the airport the next day. The resort had a beautiful pool area, two great restaurants, a wonderful spa and easy access to the beach. "

"Everything was great overall. The only area for improvement would be the bathroom — the toilet felt quite old, and the bath curtain and towels didn’t appear clean and had some marks on them."

Difficult to walk to the Hilton because of the road system. I understand that there is a closer Novotel which can be easily walked"

"We managed to score an amazing deal during school holidays so was thinking maybe it was too good to be true but no we were super impressed with the Hard Rock Hotel. Room was clean and spacious. We loved the pool area where they had so many activities for kids but also areas adults could chill. Happy hour cocktails and mocktails plus super friendly staff. We were doing an anniversary celebration plus our son’s 14th birthday and the hotel went above and beyond with a cake for each celebration aswell as singing happy birthday to him. Would definitely recommend and stay again - thanks for a great holiday! "

"Lovely western style restaurant close to the airport. The free shuttle and breakfasts were great. Also can do laundry which was a bonus after travelling for a while. Loved the rooftop pool"

"Hotel very clean.. staff is excellent... Breakfast was excellent... The only complaint I have put the bottom units\n That lead to the swimming pool.\n I have access to the swimming pool. The air con. Is not strong? And when you put it on the lower settings, the card would not work and water would come on to the floor. Smells like mildew...... Otherwise , the hotel where it got five stars.... good location.... If you like to smoke hookah by the pool.\nExcellent.... Against staff is excellent"
